Residential Roof Replacement
Installing a new residential roof not only ensures superior protection against environmental elements but also significantly enhances energy efficiency, leading to lower utility bills. It’s an investment that not only secures the structural integrity of your home but also offers peace of mind with long-term warranties and minimal maintenance requirements.

Architectural Asphalt Shingle Roofing: A Durable and Versatile Choice
Shingle roofing is one of the most popular options for residential homes. Here’s why:
- Material: Architectural asphalt shingles made with Polymer Modified (Rubberized) Asphalt
- Cost-Effective: Asphalt shingles are cost-effective and widely used. They provide good protection against weather elements and offer a lifetime limited warranty.
- Aesthetic Appeal: Shingles enhance curb appeal. You can choose from different colors, and styles to match your home’s design.
- Weather Resistance: High-quality shingles withstand wind, rain, and hail. We use class 4 impact-resistant shingles, making them ideal for the weather we experience in Wisconsin.
- Ease of Repair: If a shingle gets damaged, it’s straightforward to replace individual pieces without affecting the entire roof.
